SonicScript Elite ("we", "us") values your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and process your personal data when you use our AI platform. We act as a Data Controller for your account information and a Data Processor for the content you generate.
2. Data We Collect
Account Data
Email address, encrypted password (via Supabase), and name.
Usage Data
Log files, IP address, device type, browser info, and credit consumption history.
AI Inputs & Outputs
Text prompts, scripts, uploaded audio files, and the resulting AI-generated content. This data is processed transiently to provide the service.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Service Provision: To create your account and manage the AI content you request.
- Security & Anti-Abuse: To detect and prevent fraud, spam, or abuse of the AI models (e.g., detecting automated bot attacks).
- Product Improvement: To analyze aggregated, anonymized usage trends (e.g., "most popular text length"). We do NOT use your specific Inputs to train our models.
4. Sub-Processors & Data Sharing
We transmit data to the following secure third-party processors to operate the Service:

5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only as long as your account is active or needed to provide services.
- Account Data: Deleted upon account closure request (subject to 30-day grace period).
- Usage Logs: Retained for 90 days for security auditing, then aggregated or deleted.
- AI Files (Storage): Stored in your private Supabase bucket until you delete them.
6. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)
Regardless of your location, we extend the following rights to you:
- Access: Request a copy of your data.
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate data.
- Deletion: Request "Right of Erasure" (account deletion).
- Export: Download your generated content.

7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest (AES-256 via Supabase) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access to production databases is limited to authorized personnel.
