Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to SonicScript Elite ("we", "our", "us"). This website is operated by Ahmed Mohamed, an individual operating as SonicScript Elite based in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

By registering for an account, purchasing Credits, or using our AI-powered content generation services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Definitions

"AI Output" means any text, audio, image, code, or other content generated by the Service in response to your Inputs.
"Credits" means the virtual units used to measure and pay for the consumption of AI generation features on the Platform.
"Input" means any text, prompt, file, or other data you upload or submit to the Service.
"Service" means the SonicScript Elite platform, API, and associated tools.

3. Account & Security

Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.

Supabase Auth: We rely on Supabase for authentication security. You acknowledge that no system is 100% secure.

Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including any usage of Credits.

4. Credits, Billing & Payments

Payment Processors: SonicScript Elite uses third-party processors (e.g., Stripe) to handle payments safely and securely. We do not store your credit card information.

Subscriptions & Credits: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All Credits purchased are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your remaining Credits until they expire or the billing period ends.

5. Usage Rights & Content Ownership

Your Input: You retain all rights and ownership of your Input. You grant us a limited license to process your Input solely for the purpose of generating AI Output.

AI Output Ownership: As between you and SonicScript Elite, you own the AI Output you generate. We hereby assign to you all our right, title, and interest in such AI Output.

No Training on User Data: We do not use your Input or AI Output to train our foundational AI models. Your data is isolated and processed on secure server-side infrastructure.

Similarity of Output: Due to the nature of AI, different users may generate identical or similar output from similar prompts. You do not own such underlying common patterns.

6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You represent and warrant that you will not use the Service to generate:

(a) Sexual content, deepfakes, or non-consensual imagery;
(b) Hate speech, harassment, or content promoting violence;
(c) Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content;
(d) Medical, legal, or financial advice intended to be relied upon.

Violation of this AUP may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of remaining Credits.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

"AS IS" Service: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

AI Hallucinations: ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IS PROBABILISTIC. IT MAY GENERATE FACTUALLY INCORRECT, OFFENSIVE, OR NONSENSICAL INFORMATION. YOU SHOULD NOT RELY ON THE SERVICE FOR CRITICAL ADVICE.

Liability Cap: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cairo, Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Cairo.
