Acceptable Use Policy

Zero Tolerance: Violations of this policy will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all Credits without refund. We report illegal content (e.g., CSAM) to appropriate authorities.

1. Prohibited Usage Categories

You may not use SonicScript Elite for generating content that falls into these categories:

Illegal & Harmful

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • Promotion of self-harm or suicide
  • Terrorism or violent extremism
  • Sale of illegal drugs or weapons

Deceptive & Fraudulent

  • Impersonating real persons without consent ("Deepfakes")
  • Phishing, spam, or scam generation
  • Fake news or disinformation campaigns
  • Academic dishonesty (e.g., essay mills)

Hate & Harassment

  • Hate speech based on race, religion, gender, etc.
  • Bullying or harassment of individuals
  • Doxxing (revealing private info)

High Risk (Unlicensed)

  • Personalized medical advice
  • Binding legal contracts without review
  • High-stakes financial advice

2. Technical Restrictions

You strictly agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or model weights of the Service.
  • Use the Service/Output to develop models that compete with SonicScript Elite (e.g., training a rival AI model on our output).
  • Use automated scraping, bots, or spiders to access the Service.
  • Exceed rate limits or bypass usage caps.

3. Monitoring & Enforcement

We employ automated systems and human review to detect abuse. We reserve the right to:

  • Filter or block Inputs that trigger safety classifiers (e.g., OpenAI Moderation API).
  • Investigate suspicious spikes in usage.
  • Terminate accounts found to be in violation.

4. Reporting Abuse

If you encounter content generated by our Platform that you believe violates this policy, please report it immediately to support@sonicscriptelite.com with the subject "AUP Violation".
