Refund Policy

1. General Principle: All Sales Final

Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate computational costs incurred by our AI providers, all purchases of Credits and Subscriptions are generally final and non-refundable.

2. Exceptions for Technical Failures

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit restoration if you experience a verified technical issue, such as:

  • You were charged for Credits that were never added to your balance.
  • The AI generation Failed (server error) but Credits were still deducted.
  • A bug in the Platform prevented you from accessing the service for a prolonged period (72+ hours).

Dissatisfaction with the creative quality of the AI Output does NOT qualify for a refund, as AI generation is probabilistic by nature.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via your account settings.

  • Cancellation Effect: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No Pro-Rating: We cannot offer pro-rated refunds for unused days in the month.

4. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you typically have a right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. However, by purchasing Credits and immediately using them to generate content, you explicitly waive this right of withdrawal as the service has been fully performed/consumed.

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a request, email billing@sonicscriptelite.com with:

  • Your transaction ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Description of the technical error
